Crystal R. Martinez is an accomplished educator dedicated to empowering students through hands-on learning and technology integration. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and went on to obtain a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Currently, Mrs. Martinez serves as a Picker Path CTE teacher and campus technology lead, where she fosters innovation and collaboration in the classroom.

As a UIL coach, Mrs. Martinez is passionate about guiding students to discover their strengths and interests, believing that every student has unique talents waiting to be nurtured. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive environment where learners can explore their abilities, build confidence, and thrive in their pursuits. Mrs. Martinez is committed to helping her students find what they are good at and encouraging them to reach their full potential.
