Polo Paredez graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2004 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication. His teaching career began in high school, where he taught Speech and directed the UIL One-Act Play, earning Teacher of the Year honors at both the area and district levels in 2007-2008.

At Seale Jr. High, he established the SJH Dramaticos and the Weevil Weekly TV Program. His teaching philosophy emphasizes challenging and mentoring scholars to strive for success and value learning. Dedicated to his students, Polo aims to ignite brilliance and inspire a desire to succeed, making the growth of Seale Jr. High scholars his top priority.
