Welcome to Seale Junior High 6th grade science. This is my fourteen year teaching at Robstown ISD. I taught science and social studies at Ortiz Intermediate until 2014. I will be starting my 7th year at Seale. Science has been my passion ever since I was a young boy.  I wanted to be a mad scientist and take over the world. Instead, I received a BBA from Texas A&I University in Kingsville. I am really excited to be at Seale Jr. High and look forward to a good year.

 

Grade 6 science is interdisciplinary in nature. Students use scientific inquiry methods during investigations as they study the following topics: classification and properties of matter, the movement and transfer of energy, forces and motion, the structure of the Earth, the organization of our solar system, and the classification of living organisms and interactions within ecosystems.

Our science department is continuing to work hard on implementing the best curriculum for our classrooms as we believe this will ready our students better for their studies at the next level.
